Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns on most items except:

all Peapod pieces (necklaces, bracelets, earrings) as these are made specifically for you with your choice of birthstone pearls.

All other items (unless specified in item description) can be returned for a refund.

Instructions for return of item/s

• Please contact us in the first instance within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a return.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Items must be in the same condition as you received them.  Any damage/deterioration due to mishandling/mis-storage will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Return postage costs are payable by the customer.
• If a postage upgrade was selected when the order was placed, this additional amount will not be refunded.

Faulty items

It's very rare for our items to be faulty, but it can happen occasionally.  If you believe you have received a faulty piece, please get in touch and let us know.
